🛡️ Sovereign Architectural Mandate
Within the governance framework of THE CLUB 1, Council Node 03 serves as the primary hardening anchor for low-level systems and algorithmic execution:
- Bare-Metal Ground Truth: Verifies that incoming architectures operate with mechanical sympathy, zero runtime bloat, and minimal overhead.
- Quantitative Validation: Stress-tests financial algorithms, order routing, and deterministic state machines.
- Infrastructure Security: Maintains autonomous system integrity and defensive protocols.
